一、我院提供预约制有偿英文翻译及陪同看诊服务，服务内容包括：语言翻译、预约看诊、就诊引导。

Our hospital provides appointment-rules, paid, common language translation & accompanied visit service, which includes language translation, making appointments, and accompanied consultation guidance. Appointment of all visits is preferred.

二、收费标准：Charging standards：

   1.外语翻译服务费：正常工作日 300 元/小时，节假日及急诊时间 500 元/小时；

    Translation Service: Normal work time：RMB 300/hour, Festival/holiday/emergency time：RMB 500/hour.

   2.客户医疗文书翻译服务费：Service fee for translation of customer medical documents:

        2.1 常规 200 元/千字符，不足 1000 字符的，按 200 元/份计费； 如需 24 小时内完成或非工作时间，费用标准加收 30%。

    Regular: RMB 200  per thousand characters, for less than 1000 characters, charged at  RMB 200  per copy; If completion is required within 24 hours or during non-working hours, the fee standard will be increased by 30%.

        2.2 院内物料/医疗文书翻译：＜100 字符，收到翻译需求后 1 个工作日完成；100-1000 字符，3 个工作日完成；1000-5000 字符，6 个工作日完成。

    Translation of hospital materials/medical documents:<100 characters, it will be completed within 1 working day after receiving the translation request; for 100-1000 characters, it will be completed within 3 working days; 1000-5000 characters, completed within 6 working days.

        2.3 如文字翻译字数＞5000 字符及以上或翻译内容过于专业的，可根据情况寻找 第三方进行翻译，按第三方实际报价进行计费、交付翻译稿。

    If the word count of the text translation exceeds 5000 characters or the translation content is overly specialized, it may be necessary to seek assistance based on the situation. If translation is conducted by a third party,  the translation fee is calculated and the translation document is delivered according to the actual quotation provided by the third party.

   3. 陪同看诊服务：300 元/半天，500 元/全天

    Accompanied Visit Service: RMB 300/ half day,  RMB 500/ Whole Day。

三、预约方式：Appointment method：

  在医院微信公众号（hnxdyy）对话框中输入"翻译translation" 或“陪同看诊 accompanied visit”，预约语言翻译或陪同看诊服务。

In the hospital WeChat official account (hnxdyy) dialog, you can enter text “translation”or “accompanied visit” to make an appointment.
