孕期糖耐量筛查（Oral Glucose Tolerance Test, OGTT）是妊娠期常用的一项检查，主要用于筛查孕妇是否患有妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）。通常在孕24-28周进行：
检查前准备：
1、前三天正常饮食，不要食入大量含高蛋白质及高糖的食物，如：牛奶、蛋糕、蜂蜜、饮料、西瓜及海南热带水果。
2、前一天晚上12点以后禁食。当天早上8点空腹（禁食、禁水）到医院检查，先抽空腹血及留取尿标本。
检查过程：
空腹采血→喝糖水或吃馒头→1小时采血→2小时采血
备注：
糖耐量试验一共要采三次血，第一次采空腹血，第二次为喝糖水或吃馒头后1小时，第三次为喝糖水或吃馒头后2小时。
注意事项：
1、选择75g糖粉：在采血室前服务台将糖粉溶于150-300ml温水中。喝糖水的第一口开始算时间，须五分钟内把糖水喝完。喝完糖水后如果口腔内有不适可以漱口，但是不能饮水。
2、选择糖耐量馒头：检查当天，先到一楼小代咖啡厅购买一份糖耐量馒头。抽完空腹血糖后在10分钟之内吃完糖耐量馒头，从进食第一口馒头开始计时，进食中可饮清水（不超过300ml）。
3、在3次采血结束之前禁食、禁水，禁运动。
4、喝糖水或吃馒头后，静坐期间如有头晕、恶心、呕吐、出汗等症状，属正常反应，应适当转移注意力，尽量在舒适、通风的地方静坐。如有呕吐、严重不适等症状，请告知工作人员。等候期间减少活动，避免增加消耗体能影响结果。
Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) is a commonly used examination during pregnancy, mainly used to screen whether pregnant women have gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). It is usually checked between 24 and 28 weeks of pregnancy.
Preparation before inspection：
1.Eat normally for the first three days. Do not eat a lot of food containing high protein and high sugar, such as milk, cakes, honey, drinks, watermelons and tropical fruits.
2.Fasting after 12 o 'clock the night before. Come to the hospital for the examination on an empty stomach (fasting, no water)at 8 a.m, drawing Fasting blood and taking urine specimen.
Checking Process
Draw fasting blood → Drink sugar water or eat steamed bread → Draw blood after 1 hour → Draw blood after 2 hours
Tips:Blood was collected three times in total for the glucose tolerance test, the first time for fasting blood, the second time for 1 hour after drinking sugar water or eating steamed bread, and the third time for 2 hours after drinking sugar water or eating steamed bread.
Notice:
1.If you choose powdered sugar for OGTT. Dissolve 75g powdered sugar in 150-300ml warm water. Time your first sip of sugar water and drink it within five minutes. If there is any discomfort in the mouth, you can gargle, but you can not drink or eat.
2.If you choose steamed bread for the test, buy steamed bread at the cafe on the first floor when you are going to do the test. After drawing the fasting blood , eat the steamed bread within 10 minutes, drink water (not more than 300ml) during eating, start timing from eating the first bite of steamed bread, and draw venous blood for test 1 hour and 2 hours after eating.
3.Fasting and water prohibition before the third times blood collection.
4.It is a normal if you have dizziness, nausea, vomiting, sweating and other symptoms after drinking sugar water or eating steamed bread. You should properly divert your attention and sit in a comfortable and ventilated place as far as possible. If you have symptoms such as vomiting or severe discomfort, please call the staff. Reduce activity during the waiting period to avoid increasing energy consumption affecting the results.
